Restaurant tips and gratuities policy
We hold a no tippig policy here at Bachata. We will not be adding any tips or service charge to any electronic payments.
We pride ourselves in our fair and honest treatment of our staff and team members. They are paid either the mimum living wage or above depending on perfromance and length of service.
Any tips paid in cash are retained by the individual waiter and may or may not be shared with other staff in the restaurant. It is the responsibility of those receiving cash tips to declare the income for tax purposes to HM Revenue and Customs. Yuzey Holdings Ltd and Bachata Horsham Ltd does not manage the administration of cash tips.

Booking
When making your reservation, please ensure that you provide accurate contact information (email address and/or phone number) to allow us to provide full communications with yourself regarding your booking.
If you are running late for your reservation, please telephone the restaurant directly. If we do not hear from you, we will hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes after the reservation time.
We appreciate that sometimes you will need to cancel, but request that you please let us know as far in advance as possible. Once again you can do so by contacting the restaurant directly, or alternatively there is a cancellation link within our booking confirmation emails that will automatically cancel your reservation for you.
Further booking terms and conditions may apply to reservations during selected busy seasonal periods, including but not limited to: Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and the festive seasons during November and December. Any extra terms and conditions will be stated at the point of booking.
Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for the loss or theft of any personal belongings whilst dining with us.
Group Booking
Depending on availability at our restaurants, when making a booking for a large party we may require you to submit a pre-order in advance of your reservation. If this is required during the online booking process it will be denoted when you select your required time. Should you not be able to book your table online, our restaurant team will be able to assist and make you aware should a pre-order be required.
Deposits may be required for large party bookings or events, and a credit card may be required to secure your reservation.

information relating to your use of our services, such as special requests, feedback and survey responses; and

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data and information about you which you provide to us through: the online forms on our website (including in relation to contacting us), booking a table at one of our restaurants, dining at one of our restaurants, buying a gift voucher and/or joining our marketing email list, entering a competition, promotion or survey, ordering a takeaway, connecting to wi-fi at one of our branches, telephone or email communication, and information we receive from other sources, including from third parties that operate loyalty points, booking or delivery programmes or platforms, or send marketing communications on our behalf.
Legal basis for processing our customers’ personal data and information
The legal bases we principally rely upon in order to process your personal data and information are that:
it is necessary for the performance of a contract between us for the provision of services or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into such a contract; and/or
